2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been used, washed, or altered

3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@buytopic.click within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all original tags, labels, and any accessories or documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.
- Return Address: Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with the correct return address. Please note that returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once it is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
7. Late Returns
Any returns made after the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that you return your items within the specified time frame to avoid issues with your refund or exchange.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless your return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or our error, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
